Samsung Display recognizes that management of compliance issues is an essential part of corporate management. In order to prevent occurrence of business risks due to legal issues, we have been implementing this Compliance Program.

We will do our best to make Samsung Display a reputable company by strictly complying with domestic and foreign laws so that all of our employees can stand tall in the global market.

Compliance
reporting

All reports of acts that may constitute a violation of company regulations or may lead to a violation of regulations, will be processed anonymously. Any personal information of the informant and the details of the report are protected as strictly confidential information, and the informant shall not suffer any personal disadvantages from submitting the report.


The aforementioned policy protecting informants does not only apply to employees but also applies equally to any third parties who submit reports to Samsung Display.

Report processing

The results of the handling in response to the report will be communicated by phone or email as soon as possible.


If the details of the anonymous report are not specific and the basis of the facts is unclear, the investigation may not be carried out.
