Because Samsung Display recognizes that law-abiding management is necessary for corporate management and to prevent management risks due to legal issues, we are conducting our Compliance Program.

We receive reports on violations of laws or likeliness to violate laws by employees and handle them in a non-public manner. The whistle blower's confidentiality is absolutely protected, and the whistle blower does not suffer any disadvantages due to their reporting.

Processing of reports

We will reply with the results after processing the report as soon as possible by phone or email. In the case of anonymous reports, if there are not enough specific information or if the facts are unclear, the investigation may not be conducted.
