(2) Contact number, e-mail address: To confirm the willingness of applicants to proceed, and then to notify each applicant of their interview schedule

(3) Academic background, career highlights: Information necessary for a personal interview

Article 2. Items of Collected Personal Information and Methods of Collecting Personal Information

1. Collected personal information includes but may not be limited to your name, date of birth, e-mail address, contact phone number, academic background and career developments.

2. The company obtains the personal information that applicants provide via our online website and by postal mail.

Article 3. Period of Retention and Use of Collected Personal Information

1. The company retains personal information for three years from the date that  each applicant provides theirs.

2. When the retention period expires, personal information will be completely destroyed throughout our databases.

Article 4. Entrustment of Personal Information Processing

1. For seamless service delivery and task implementation, the company entrusts the task of personal information processing to an external specialized company as described below.

Trustee: Ninefive Co. Ltd -- A range of confidential information

Consigned tasks: System operation, improvement, maintenance
